This is a Featurette for “We Steal Secrets”. It’s not a thriller like he wanted it to be. It’s more like a story about how some Fv<k3d up $#!+ happened and it got leaked to the public. There’s a mess with someones private business being used against him.(Distraction) It’s a huge mess basically. All I could think about was the information that got leaked, because it was really Fv<ked up. I have never been in a war and have no desire to be in one. If that’s what it’s like than I could understand why someone would take drastic measures to quite possible end war. If it is at all possible.
If there were no wars at all, anywhere on this planet I think some governments might hate it. (You think?) ((They might also hate the fact that you want to end wars.)) There might be some profit for some people, but mainly power is the profit. Power can either be good or evil depending on what one does with it, or where the power comes from.
I mean, no one is going to tell you that their security isn’t important to them, obviously. However, I believe people should be told when they are being fv<ked up.
This would make sense to you if you watch the documentary.
The thing about documentaries is that at the end you get the perspective of the person who edits it. You don’t get the perspective of the people doing the damage. This documentary gives sympathy for Manning and makes Julian look like a coward. This is my perspective of the film makers perspective. However, because I don’t know the truth I can’t have an opinion. It just seems to me, however, that some fv<ked up $#!+ happened during the war. You only get a tiny snippet of such fV<ked uppedness through this documentary.
I could only hope that people could watch this and decide to not be stupid.
Also the whole situation is so crazy that it almost seems like it could have been created by the government. Like these people are actors, playing a role to send out a message to people who might make these mistakes. Just saying. I feel bad for “Bradass87”, cause he’s going through some personal terrorism.
From the perspective of the person who made this film, the American government does not deny it (or it’s own soldiers) inflicting pain on it’s own soldiers. Yeah. That’s this film’s perspective. So basically people are off at war to protect a country or its interests, and the very people fighting the war are stripped of their protection and interests by the very government they serve. I’m not making this up. That’s this documentaries portrayal.
Oh and the whole condom situation, what the heck was that about? They needed Julian to check for std’s, I mean couldn’t the women get tested for it? I did not understand the purpose of that. Unless they wanted his blood or something for whatever reason. Maybe to check if he was an alien? Who the heck knows. That joint made no sense. Also the women knew each other and compared their experiences? What was that about? Messy fishy tricks.
There’s always trouble when you try to find the purpose of war, or when you reveal what happens at war. This documentary is not clear at times in revealing people’s motives. Watch the documentary and let me know all the ways I’m wrong in the way I’m seeing it.
